I frankly speaking eat fatty food. In spite of that fact ourselves eat healty foods. We must carefully for eat because we protect our health. For example Tv watch is feel hungry but keep one's head actually this is diffucult job so you expecter choclate in refrigator although you must be patient.
YanıtlaSilThis is a fantastic question and one that you need to ask yourself the next time you go to put something in your mouth is "Am I really hungry? Does my body need this right now?"
YanıtlaSilI don't know about you, but I find that if I am bored, sitting around at home doing nothing or doing something boring at school, I automatically reach for something to eat. Now, what I eat solely depends on what I have available in the house ... and it stands to reason that if I have things like biscuits, chips etc that that is what I am going to go for.

There are of course that implements the application but I never thought about so far:).But I think it is something to be implemented because it is very important healthy living.

I think there is a healthy diet. People are fed on a regular basis, make sport of, and frequent meals, eats at least I think that in healthy diet.
Firstly,Everybody knows that healthy life is important.Unfortunality,major of people are not treating conveniently.Some people were skiping the meals,other ones are avoiding fruits,vegetables,and snacks.For example,The United States of people eat hamburgers,ice cream,and hight fatty foods.Doctors advise parents to give their children healthier snacks such as fruit,vegetables,and juice.Secondly,fast foods are causing the rate of heart disease and cancer.It is very dangerous situtation.Everybody can be carefully.

YanıtlaSilI think we should apply these health clues in my daily life to longer and healthier life. our country began to spread unhealthy diet such as america,germany etc.. Everyone wants to start a diet but they usually cannot become successful. They receive more weight.
Health is the most important thing in human life. Maybe you can rich or you can have everything except health actually that mean you don't have anything. That is the reason people must be careful about health. we read some text about healty diet and some bad habbits about bad feeding. In that text we saw good clues about health. I totally agree with these advices. But i don't apply all these advices in my daily life because i live far away from my parents and i live alone that is the reason i can't appy these advices. But If i want to change this situation i have some plans , like don't eat fatty things and fast foods instead these thing i can eat fruits and vegetables. Thank you for reading.

My mother said " You must eat vegetable". No they are very disgusting böhh. My morher is saying everytime " this is for you,and you will do ". Vegetable is very healty but disgusting for me.I am eating , I don't like it .If you don't want shape out you must eat vegetable.You want be healty person , you must eat vegetable . Fast food is dengerius , if you eat a fast foot ,you be fatty. You don't drink coke . This is unhealty . I know they are ver delicious but if you be healty , you will eat vegetable.They are for you. I am not a doctor but everyone knows them.
YanıtlaSilLast week,we read two passage about healthy diet.In my opinion,they were interesting as always.The passages describe a healthy diet how it should be.Firstly,my mother pays attention to health.For example,she presses fruits,gives to us and then we drink every night.Secondly,she gets up thrice in the mornings in order to prepare breakfast for me,my sister and my father.She believe that the breakfast is the most important part in a day.She always says,if you do not have breakfast,your brain will not work.Thirdly,she always uses glass stuffs in kitchen.She avoids plastics.In addition,she makes breads at home with wholemeal,so we do not buy bread outside.When I decide to buy junk food in dormitory,I heard my mum's sound in my head.To sum up,health is the most important thing for human life and I have a great mum :)

There are a lot of unhealty people in the World. İn my opinion the reason for this unhealty foods.Therefore, we eat both meat and vegetables.

It is necessary that we eat healty foods.We need to be healty.If we do not eat healty foods we became unhealth.For example, many american people eat fast food, and now most of them fat.That is a good example for this situation.I believe if we can stop ourselves, it is going to be easier.
YanıtlaSilThere are lots of foods for eat.Most of this foods are unhealty.Just a little bit percentage is healty.For example,vegetables,dairies,fruits and some meat.Doctors think meat is harmful,but i disagree with them.Every body has to eat some meat,red or white it does not matter.In fact,the most harmful foods are junk food i think.When we eat them,we want to eat more and more.Especially,when you watching tv or movies,nobody wants empty hand.There are advertisement in break time also.They direct to eat something.
